This website is operated by BlueAds Agency L.L.C-FZ, licence 2649522.01, at Meydan Grandstand, 6th floor, Meydan Road, Nad Al Sheba, Dubai, U.A.E. These terms cover use of the website. They do not replace a signed services agreement.
Audit requests and proposals
Submitting the free audit form is a request for review and contact. It does not create a paid contract or authorise advertising spend. Any paid work, deliverables, timescales, fees, taxes, platform costs, cancellation terms and payment arrangements must be agreed in a written proposal or contract.
Services and results
Service pages describe potential scopes. The agreed proposal determines what is included in a particular engagement. Past case-study results relate to the stated clients, reporting periods and attribution methods. They are not guarantees of revenue, profitability or future performance.
Third-party platforms
Advertising availability, account approval, policies, placements and prices are controlled by the relevant platform. Platform and client logos identify those organisations and do not, by themselves, imply endorsement or an official partnership. TikTok reference videos are attributed educational material, not BlueAds client work.

BlueAds content and third-party materials are protected by their respective rights. You may read, share links to and use the site to evaluate our services. Obtain permission before reusing protected content beyond uses permitted by law.
Responsible use
Do not submit unlawful material, impersonate another person, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with the website or use the form for spam. You are responsible for ensuring that information you submit is accurate and that you are entitled to provide it.

We aim to keep information accurate and the site available, but errors or interruptions may occur. Contact us if something appears incorrect. External websites and embedded services have their own terms and privacy practices.
Applicable law and rights
Applicable UAE law governs these website terms, subject to mandatory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. A services contract may set out the terms applicable to that engagement. Nothing here removes rights or remedies that applicable law requires.
